8 week Comprehensive acrobatic tricks course

This course is designed to deliver detailed tuition in the foundations of acrobatics and tricking, it has been created for those with little or no experience. The aim of this course is to provide safe and effective training taking you from a grass roots novice level to performing basic flips and somersaults.

THE COURSE DATES
Saturdays course: 11am – 3:30pm every Saturday from 11th July – 29th August
Sundays course: 11am – 3:30pm every Sunday from 12th July – 30th August

The course is ideal for those in or wanting to get into the performing arts whether that be dance, acting, stunts or fight choreography as well as for those wanting to explore their own limits

The course will be delivered over 8 sessions (Saturday or Sunday) with each session lasting approximately 3 hours with breaks in between.

Each session will be split into 3 sections with the 1st section of each session being  a warm up, a thorough stretch and tuition on the fundamental basics (with variations) that are required to master the more difficult and exciting skills.

Each skill will be covered more than once within the course giving you the necessary time to absorb the technique and to better your chances of achieving the skill

We have all the required equipment needed to deliver this course thoroughly and safely

Course Costs
The cost of this amazing and unique course is only £189 and must be paid in full before the 28th June
